The Pilates Empowerment Summit offers a variety of educational sessions up to three hours in length, to give you a deeper understanding of the Pilates method.

Daily Session Grids

View each daily grid showing the sessions offered during each time block. There are four time blocks on Friday and Saturday, and three time blocks on Sunday. You may select one session per timeslot during the registration process.
